Sealed item rate tenders are invited in “Two cover system” from contractors of appropriate class of Construction & Maintenance Division (CMD), Department of Space (DOS), CPWD, MES, Railways, State PWDs, Electricity boards and TTD and or agencies having experience in works of similar nature and magnitude for the following works.

Tender documents and conditions can be had from the office of the Head, CMD, NARL, Gadanki on working days between 10.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs as indicated above on production of :- (a) Proof of Registration and (b) Experience certificate for proof of value of work executed by them for various works. The tenderers are required to submit details of their experience, annual turnover for the last 7 years, VAT registration, bank solvency, list of plant and machinery, centering and shuttering materials etc., along with the techno-commercial bid.

Price bids of those tenderers who are found eligible after verification of these documents/ inspection of their works alone will be opened. Department reserves the right to open the price bids of contractors who are competent to carryout a work of this nature and magnitude within the stipulated time frame. Application may be in person or through duly authorised person. Postal requisition shall be accompanied by Demand Draft for the cost of tender document plus Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of The Director, NARL, Gadanki - 517112.

Department reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. The Department will not responsible for non/late receipt due to postal transit. Tenders will be opened at 15.00hrs onwards on the due date of receipt in the presence of attending tenderers or their authorised representatives.
